1. it's whey, egg, or most imp. thing is creatine. about value for money on means Optimum Nutrition is best. if u want to buy original so just buy online.
2. the best source for protein isn't a shake at all. it's turkey. there's more protein per ounce in lean turkey than in any protein shake.
