How can you not get fat on a muscle building diet?
With all those calories your told to eat how do you ensure your not just going to get fat instead of building muscle?

- well their good calories like protein = steak sweet potatoes almonds ect. the calories you get fat from are like ice cream cake, ect. hope i helped!
- When you work muscle, you make it stronger, and the stronger the muscle gets, the more calories it burns. Get it?
- Because it's mostly the "good" calories, but also because you're SUPPOSED to get a little fat when you're bulking up. You can't expect to grow big and strong if you're a toothpick. There is absolutely no way to gain unless you rack up on calories. It might suck to lose your six-pack, but once you reach competition size you will begin to cut weight and you'll shred your fat within a month. No worries. If you don't compete, you simply stop bulking when your own cycle ends.
