What are the best muscle building food?
I'm writing a post for my blog on the best muscle building food and so far I have Red Meat, Chicken, Eggs, Nuts, Peanut Butter and Low fat milk. What other foods are great for building muscle?

- Have anything with allot of protein and a Little bit of carbs as you will need to put on weight to build the muscle.
- go through the food in your cupboards/refrigerator. Read the ingredients and whatever has high protein and low additives/saturated fats etc is good
- Anything with a decent amount of protein.
- meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds.
- fish with a good amount of fats like salmon fish thats lean with alot of protein and no calories like tilapia and flounder and orange roughy its like 93 calories a serving with 20 something grams of protein brown rice whole grain noodles wheat bread kashi go lean waffles....decent... i dont feel like thinking anymore
