Is chicken and corn soup good for muscle building?
My recipe for chicken and corn soup is a can of creamed corn, water, salt, pepper, and egg, and a boneless chicken thigh, (skinless), is this good for muscle building? Of course i will be doing muscle excercises, i'm just wondering if the nutrition would be good for it, thanks

- You need lean meat and vegetables, go easy on the carbs. This soup recipe won't hurt you any but it is not especially good as a protein source.
