I only know about Mr Bean animated.

4. Hi there. DangerMouse and Count Duckula are the best. Trap Door is genius but it is claymation (like Wallace and Gromit) not cartoon. Famous is older stuff and would include Ivor the Engine, Captain Pugwash and Noggin the Nog - but if you check them out they are not exactly cutting edge! Cheers, Steve. PS Dastardly and Muttley are American cartoons! Hanna-barbera, I believe.
