How many people turned up in britain to welcome Mr Obama?

I hear he was here giving a speech does anybody know what he said? Or how many people turned out to greet him? Well im told by some American friends we love him over here? Oh i see the Germans flocked to see him but are that not a lot of Americans stationed in Germany? Oh dear time for a reality check then!
