Is it safe to start weight lifting at 15?
Okay I'm 15, male and 5'9. So I was just wondering is it recommended for me to start weight lifting? Should I do heavy lifting like that on Bowflex machines or just regular lifting dumbells?

- Yes it is a great time to start weight lifting. I should know im a gym teacher.
- Not if your still growing. Lifting weights causes you to mess your growth up. Its highly recommended to lift weights after the age of 18.
