How much calories do you lose from weight lifting in an hour?
I'm curious, I'm always tired of doing treadmill then weight lifting, I want to build mass muscle. I want to know how much calories do you lose from weight lifting to your limit, is it higher than doing it on treadmill or any exercise machine?

- Cardio exercises ( treadmill, machine etc.) burn up calories at a much faster rate than weight lifting. Weight lifting can build up body muscle, but wont help you burn up calories and lose weight
- roughly 500cals but it depends on your weight and height to start with, but it doesn't change much.
