How do I make a weight lifting program that is right for me?

I am new to weight lifting and want to make a program and I am doing it to build muscle. I know I want to work on certain areas like my glutes and chest and arms, but what do I do!? Thanks for your help!

  1. There is a great free routine already made up at this website http://www.billionmarketings.com. It's a website for beginner weight lifters and has a ton of great advice. You can modify that program to fit your needs. Hope this helps.
