Mr Britain

How is Mr. Jaggers like Little Britain in Great Expectations?

I have to do a project for my English class relating Mr. Jaggers to Little Britain (where his office is) in Great Expectations. I really don't know what Little Britain is supposed to look like, being that they don't really go into much detail... Can anyone help me?? It's due Monday... Thanks! ~Katie

  1. Mr. Jaggers is very official, never admits to caring about anyone and is careful to never betray his feelings. Little Britain is also a very cold, official sort of place, one that is not meant to make you feel welcome.
  2. He’s not a warm and fuzzy guy by any means, but he gives good advice and he looks beyond appearances. He’s one of the few characters in this novel who is really enamored of the truth. From Shmoop
