Muscle Building? I really have 2 questions, both of which I'd love to be answered. :) My first question is about unbalanced muscles. I have bigger muscles on my right arm than on my left. It isn't a huge difference like the burger king ad (I think it was), and I'm sure I can fix it soon, I just wanted to know from somebody who KNOWS the answer (please don't answer this question if you don't know anything about muscle building) : to counter this, should I lift weights with my left arm MORE, or ONLY with my left arm until it catches up? My second question is: what are some good work outs to build abs? I do regular plain old fashioned sit ups, but I wanted to know if there is a better or faster way. Thank you once again!

Is building up muscle is faster than people say? I have heard people say that building up muscle can take months if not years, but in my experiences it literally takes just a few days before I notice muscle build up and feel stronger. I think it's bad that people say that it takes such a long time to build up muscle because it really puts people off. 2 pounds?? Thats loads!
How come Yahoo has so many ads about building muscle? Every time I read the Yahoo news, I always see an ad on the right that always promotes muscle building. How come so many of these ads are coming to Yahoo?
What is the truth about muscle building pills? So I was reading Men's Fitness on a plane and saw a bunch of muscle building pills, and a bunch of other ads for electronic muscle stimulation and stuff. If they are, what are the good ones to use, and what would you buy? Thanks.

What are some good protein sources for muscle building? I am a small 145 lb guy and I wanting to get bigger, around 185. I get that building muscle takes time so regardless of how bad I want it, I have to wait. I have been lifting for about a month and I think I have gained around 5 lbs of muscle. My workouts are very short but I lift extremely hard with very low reps (like 1 or 2 times). I have been taking some whey protein shakes that I got from Wal-mart. I take in about 120 grams of protein from that alone. And I try to eat alot to but it just isnt working out for me as well as I planned. I want to be able to have around 400 or 500 grams of protein a day. So does anyone recommend any high protein shakes or supplements or something to help me hit this 500 gram mark everyday? Or maybe even something else I havent thought of?

what is a good muscle building diet for someone with fruit allergies? yeah, i know at the end of the day building muscle comes from protein, and taking in more carbs then you're burning off. but i need health stuff to snack on in between the more protein-based meals.. being allergic to fruit makes it hard to find a healthy snack to have, instead of resorting to something with a lot of sugar/fat in it. what are some quick and easy snacks i can make that are healthy, and also taste nice? cheers.
