Bodybuilding? I have always thought about starting bodybuilding, but have never gotten around to figuring it out. =( I'm 16 years old, around 5'8" and about 125 pounds. First off am I to young to even start bodybuilding? I've heard its not good to start too young. Also I don't understand how do you know what to work out each day? In the future I want to look like the pros Jay Cutler and etc... but for now I just would like to get a 6 pack and a more defined looking body. How should I start out with this? Please help.... thanks =D

What is the difference between strength lifting and bodybuilding lifting plans? I work out every few days and i have tried a lot of different lifting routines. Right now i lift 4 sets at 8-10 reps. I am strong and ripped but not "big." I think this might be because of my type of workout. I know there is difference between strength lifting and bodybuilding lifting. I am 15 years and 3 months old.I started bodybuilding when I was 14.5.After a viral dieases and Maleria togather for two months my muscles got too weak that they could hardly move.After that I started bodybuilding again and after few months I found that my height wasn't growing.I had 12.5 inches biceps.I stopped weight-lifting.Then my biceps became smaller. Far too many serious gyms have turned into 'spas' aimed at people looking to prance around on an elliptical machine or go to a pilates class. I've watched my gym deteriorate and lose more and more free weights to make room for ANOTHER elliptical machine. Not only that, but the members are now obviously different and the vibe that used to be there is gone. But most gyms are becoming like this. Are there any serious bodybuilding gyms left?

Is combining different sources of complete protein bad for bodybuilding? I'm 19 -or at least will be by the time the competition rolls around- so this is most likely going to be my last (and first) chance at entering this category. Is it good to dine on a protein shake when bodybuilding? I like to work out in the evenings, before dinner, and I noticed that I am not hungry for several hours after that.
